Episode 7 - VU meter

Here we display some illustrations of a strange device, called by the ancients "VU meter". After long research our scientists come to the conclusio that the ancients used it to measure the level of intelligence. This indicator in particular is rather small, presumably it is portable model. Our forefathers used it whenever they like to measure the intelligence of their interlocutors and if it din't cover their expectatins, they abruptly ceased their conversation and by doing this they save a great deal of time, which for them was extremely valuable resource. They measured their intelligence over a strange, 6 grade scale for which the current indicator id dirctly produced and uses the measure units dB (debility) - a measure for lack of intelligence in the measured object. We still look for the work principle behind this device. Scientist believe that it i some captures brain waves and estimates their debility:
