We all know computer cases ain't what they used to be. Comfort, function and design is whats the accent is on nowadays. In this review we'll happily play with a high end, middle tower case from Tagan, a manufacturer not too well represented in Bulgaria.
Our partners from
Dekada
kindly supplied us with Tagan's creation for testing. A+ Black Pearl II is new revision of older Tagan case - Black Pearl. The reincarnated case has smaller size (midi tower) and had lost its sharp edges. It is a high-end case made completely from aluminum (anodated black) with quite airy design, integrated fan controller and thermometer. Its price is set at about 160$.
And these are the case specifications:
- 4 x 5.25“ and 4 x 3.25“ (internal) slots
- Fans: 2 x 120 mm ball bearing
- Form-factor: АТХ, micro АТХ
- Extension ports: 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x IEEE 1394, HD+AC 97 Audio
- Extension slots: 7
- Dimensions: 210 х 450 х 490 mm (W х H х L)
- Weight: 5.2 kg
But enough with the boring stuff, time for a closer look...
