Page 4 – Celeron E1200 Overclock

This being the most interesting page for most of you, we pulled it right after the theory. As we already stated our boy is with M0 stepping. This for M0 Pentium E2000 series meant frequencies of about 3-3.4GHz. It's the same with Celeron E1200! Our overclock attempts were made with the stock cooler. For starters we decided to how well will E1200 do without more voltage (1.3V - referent).

370x8 were the best we could get to pass the OCCT's 30 minute test for stability. Time to overclock with more juice. Things are a bit different here - we cannot define the results as optimal, since the quiet aluminum stock cooler couldn't handle well with voltage above 1.45V, even that being a tad much. With superior cooling better results are guarantied. Me got to 415x8 or in other words - a stable 3280MHz, yet at temperature approaching 60 degrees (Centigrade) - baring in mind that the testing was outside of a case in the winter (room temperature at 20 degrees).
