Page 4 - Conclusion
Strong points
- Quality matrix;
- High resolution;
- Good price (compared even to the lower class frames of other manufacturers it's still cheaper);
- Big screen (10”);
- Integrated memory (128MB);
- Additional adapters for the power unit;
- Great variety of applications;
- Intuitive and easy interface;
- Rapid menu response.
Weaker points
- Dust magnet;
- Scratch magnet;
- A tad weaker design that its smaller brothers;
- No WiFi.
Although DPF-101 lacks sensor buttons and WiFi, like its 10" competitors, it's still a quite good frame, that comes at very tempting price. Should you be looking for a photo frame in the 10" class, then undoubtedly Sapphire DPF-101 is a fine choice that won't even burn a hole through your pocket. And remember - if you get this frame - clean them carefully. A swell addition to this series of frames wil surely be a 10”, 4:3 frame with the above mentioned sensor buttons and WiFi, for the people that need a high class frame and can afford it.
