3DMark 06
We decided to begin with synthetic tests, that give a general idea of the system performance. First of them is 3DMark 06 from Futuremark, a byword for videocard test, he is also quite demanding of the processor too. The test has excellent multi-threading supportи and the difference between single, dual or quad-core processor is quite visible. The famous 3DMark also depends heavily on the memory and the FSB.

Maxton Cinebench 10
One aging test. Nothing much to be said for it, except that it's created for testing multi processor machines by rendering images at monstrous resolutions and size.

Fract
One not that well known benchmark, that we choose for two reasons - being very demanding of the processor, by using different of its instructions, while looking awesome for processor rendered 3D engine. And the second is that it's made by Bulgarian - Veselin Anriev, a friend of Veseliq from our website :)
