In order to test the memory we choose two popular independent programs - Everest and SiSoft Sandra. Their methods of testing are different and their results cannot be compared, though some of them are close.
Now here we see some significant difference! In reading and searching in the memory (that we read with latency) P45 has 10-15% advantage, while in writing it's almost identical to P35.
While results for searching in the memory with Sandra are similar to the ones with Everest, the ones with general memory operations, does not offer any explanation as to why Intel worked on P45 for a whole year.
