In this review we'll look at a budget PSU from the less known at our market manufacturer - Xilence. We wanted to see if the good specifications and awesome looks do hold their ground.
Quite possible for most of you the Xilence brand rings no bells, this is fine, since until recently no one imported it in Bulgaria. This however is no longer the situation thanks to ComputerMax, which recently became official importer of Xilence for Bulgaria. But who are Xilence? Indeed a simple answer - a German company, manufacturer of computer cases, PSU's, processor and video card coolers and a wide variety of accessories. And although their plants are in China, a high quality control levels are maintained over both used materials and manufacturing processes. Xilence are constantly searching for ways to optimize their products by using the newest technologies available. Their main goal is quality and reasonable product pricing. And this review will show you the good and bad thing of the Xilence XP450 PSU.
Xilence XP450 “Designed for future”
The Xilence PSU did manage to surprise me pleasantly with its box. The box itself is a rarity, let alone the other stuff that came with it, that is uncommon for the budget class. On the side of it are the specifications of the PSU and on the bottom are placed some advertisements for other Xilence products.
