Additional hardware - 3x120мм fan, 2x80мм fan, Audigy 2 sound card.
During the tests XP450 was incredibly cool and quiet. With the aid of multimeter the 5V and 12V lines were monitored, their values remaining stable within the ATX[+/- 5%] acceptable standards.
Conclusion
Xilence XP450W is one fine budget PSU, quite potent for a reasonable overclock. Quiet enough even for silence lovers :)) The only drawbacks i noticed are the lack of 6/8 pin connector for videocards and not quite safe sharp edge, that might damage the main cable bundle. Despite that our opinion fot the PSU is still good. And we surely hope to get our hands on higher class Xilence PSU.
