In the current review well play with a cooler from the vast Xilence product range, namely - Xilent Blade Pro. Does the appearance compensate for the quality? You'll find out only if you read the review :P

With each passing year coolers get bigger and heavier, yet a small part of the manufacturers do seem to notice that. All that results in some horrid pictures for us - the regular users. We've all saw broken sockets, brackets (quite common with s478 and AM2)and bent motherboards, yet a small amount of the manufacturers do something about the reliable attachment of their products.

Xilence Xilent Blade PRO

I've had quite a few top-class coolers, but none of them regardless of size and shape had a carrying handle on its box. As it seemed no matter how expensive cooler you got, you still needed a plain old bag to carry it. Not with Xilent Blade Pro though. Its box is in the traditional Xilence colours (gray, back and red) with a window behind which you can see the four Xilent Blade Pro heatpipes. Information about Xilence is prninted on the box in few languages, as well as all the necessary information about the cooler.

The Xilent Blade Pro bundle has everything for a easy and safe mounting. It consists of:

  • 1 illustrated user guide
  • 1 tube of thermal paste
  • 2 "H" shaped plates
  • 1 "H" shaped pad
  • 1 "H" shaped thermal insulating patch
  • 4 copper nuts
  • 4 screws toolless heads
  • 4 screws with ordinary heads
  • 4 insulating washers

Now for the Xilent Blade Pro specifications...
